About LegendGames
LegendGames began in 2022 with a handful of friends, a few late nights, and a simple goal: create a place where people could play together that felt fair, safe, and reliable. When our own servers buckled, we built the missing pieces ourselves. Those early fixes turned into tools. The tools turned into a platform. Word traveled one friend at a time, and before long we were serving communities we had never met.
Who We Are Today
As of December 2025 we are 205 employees. We hire people who care about clear communication and steady progress. Success for us is simple to measure: reliable uptime, fast and helpful replies, clean resolutions, and quiet confidence for the communities we serve.
What We Deliver
We focus on four areas that remove friction and reduce risk so players and teams can focus on the game:
- Moderation Tools that keep rules consistent and reduce manual work.
- AI Support that answers quickly on Discord and email then hands off gracefully when a human touch is needed.
- Hosting that is predictable and tuned for gaming workloads.
- Data Protection Services that monitor, remove harmful content, and guide recovery when something goes wrong.
Most customers find us through recommendations. Our repeat purchase and subscription renewal rate is 86 percent, which reflects long-term trust and consistent value for the communities we serve.
Why We Stay Behind the Scenes
We keep a low public profile by design. Data protection is a sensitive space and there are potential attackers who look for leverage in public details. Staying quiet protects our customers and keeps attention on the communities that rely on us. We publish what users need to operate safely and we skip the showy parts.
Customer Experience
Our support is rated 4.8 out of 5. Between December 21, 2024 and December 21, 2025 we handled 171,000 tickets with a team of 58 support agents. For United States–based support, the average first reply time was 28 minutes. We keep conversations short and useful, fix root causes, and roll out improvements quietly so issues do not return.
Where Our Customers Are
In 2025, 92 percent of our customers were based in the United States and Canada. We also support users in the European Union and other regions, and we design our systems to meet local expectations for privacy, fairness, and reliability.
Infrastructure and Locations
We operate an office in Texas where our United States servers are located. In the European Union we own a data center in Amsterdam. Our infrastructure favors simple topologies, strong defaults, and careful monitoring so performance stays steady even during peak demand.
Structure and Direction
In 2025 we completed an internal restructuring to simplify operations and strengthen accountability. Since then, our focus has been on stability, clarity, and privacy by default. We are not chasing trends. We are building the kind of company we wanted when we were just a group of friends trying to keep a server online.
Transparency matters to us. We publish how we operate, how decisions are made, and how fairness is enforced in our LegendGames Transparency and Fairness Act. This document outlines our commitments and the standards we hold ourselves to.
